Regular American fare probably wouldn't have any trouble finding a home on menus around the world.  

The strange tendency of several countries banning seemingly harmless treats and traditional favorites is becoming more apparent.  

The world has set boundaries around several American delicacies, maybe because of their contentious ingredients or because of health concerns. 

Some sports drinks and sodas with citrus flavors are associated foods. Japan and Europe have banned it.

The United States uses chlorine washes to lower the bacterial infection of poultry, while the European Union forbids this practice over food safety concerns.
