Ordering
The cut off time for us to get your flowers picked and packed with love is 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
All major credit cards, PayPal and Google Pay.
All orders shipped to an internet sales tax state will be charged appropriate sales tax.
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your credit card has been processed. If you do not receive an email, let us know!

Shipping
Please note: These blooms are grown and packed with love and while we do package them with the most protection possible, they want to be received by a human. For residential deliveries, FedEx will leave your flowers at the door if no one is present. We can’t be responsible for packages left in inclement weather.
All of our boxes are shipped Standard or Priority Overnight with FedEx Delivery. Our shipping charge is: $25.00
The dates that are available for shipment will show on the ‘Delivery Date’ calendar on the product page. We aren’t able to deliver flowers on Sunday or Monday.

Our freshly harvested flowers arrive at their destination in our custom gift box. Our flowers are always shipped with a water receptacle to ensure freshness. In most cases, vases are not included, but can be added during the ordering process.
Please be advised that FedEx shipping can be delayed during major holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). We do our best to keep things moving but we hope you understand!
In the event of extreme weather conditions (snowstorms, ice storms, thunderstorms, hurricanes and earthquakes) FedEx will not be able to deliver your packages on time. These conditions are out of FedEx’s control and ours. We hope you understand.

Delivery
Please Note: Flowers are perishable. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery. For residential deliveries, FedEx will leave your flowers at the door if no one is present.
Before 3PM in most locations (8:00 PM rural locations) but FedEx cannot guarantee a time. You can use the code in your confirmation email to track your package. Or contact us if you’re feeling unsure! info@delphiflowers.com We want to make sure your package is received with care!
We always recommend that someone be able to receive shipments. If no one is available at delivery time, FedEx will leave your package at your front or back door. If the driver deems the weather conditions severe or risk of theft high, they may leave a “request for pick up” note. We pack our flowers with love and care so please do have someone available at delivery time. We can’t be responsible for deliveries left at the door. Thank you!
Of course! Thanks for making sure your delivery address is correct and letting us know if you need to change it at info@delphiflowers.com. You can make changes up to the date of shipment.
FedEx cannot deliver to P.O Boxes. Please use a physical address for all deliveries.
Many hospitals receive shipments in their receiving department and may not be set up to deliver boxes to patients. Please check with the hospital in question to see if they will accept FedEx shipments for patients.
FedEx standard and/or priority overnight arrives in some rural areas as late as 8:00 PM or in rare cases the next day.
We offer Saturday delivery through FedEx for an additional charge to most locations. We do not offer delivery on Sunday or Monday. If you are making a Saturday delivery to a business or office, please make sure ahead of time that the office is open on Saturdays. If it is not open, FedEx will hold your package and redeliver on Monday.
At this time we’re only able to ship to the 48 continental United States.

Not completely happy with the quality of your bouquet? We’re happy to help out! Please contact us at info@delphiflowers.com or 831-222-7227 Delphi Flowers is absolutely committed to your satisfaction with our products. Our flowers are all about bringing joy to you and your loved ones so let us know what has happened. We will make arrangements to reship the product as soon as possible. A picture of your damaged or unsatisfactory product is always helpful so we can assess and improve our systems. There’s no need to send the flowers back, please just compost or put them in your green bin. With that in mind, please be aware that flowers are perishable products and need a little extra care. Please try to have someone present to receive the flowers and show them some love by not leaving them in the hot sun or freezing conditions. Also double check to make sure your delivery address is correct! Please know that we are not able to be responsible for orders in which we were given the incorrect address by the sender or were not received upon delivery.

Other FAQ
Currently all of our flowers are grown in California on our farm or by our farmer friends at Full Belly Farm, DoRight Flower Farm and Fifth Crow Farm. All flowers are Certified Organic by CCOF and the USDA and picked by hand, with love.
Our bouquet photos will very closely resemble the bouquet you receive, if not be identical. However sometimes we will substitute some flowers if there is something in season that we think will make your bouquet more beautiful and longer lasting. But don’t worry! The bouquet you receive will have the same palette and feel as what you order.
